Look for an invigorating formula that will effectively cleanse away dirt and impurities, and leave skin feeling refreshed. For efficient head-to-toe cleansing try an all-in-one body wash for hair and body. If you want to also buff away dead skin while you cleanse, an exfoliating bar soap can leave skin feeling smooth and energized.

If you prefer a weightless texture that easily absorbs, look for a lightweight body lotion to soften skin. If you have dry skin, you may prefer a richer moisturizer or cream or even a body butter to nourish skin with comforting moisture. You may also find you need a richer moisturizer in winter when skin is often drier but prefer a lightweight formula in warmer weather.

To help keep skin hydrated, apply body lotion every time after you shower. Using a men’s body moisturizer while your skin is still damp helps seal in moisture and keep skin feeling soft and smooth. Reapply throughout the day as needed or on especially dry areas.

If you sweat excessively, look for a deodorant with antiperspirant, which helps prevent perspiration. Depending on your preference, choose a deodorant with a fresh, energizing scent or go for an unscented deodorant, especially if you have any sensitivity to fragrances.
